Aiskilljourney is a Singapore-based provider of enterprise AI enablement and governance literacy programmes. We collect only the personal data needed to respond to organisational enquiries, to contract and deliver training, and to operate this site to a professional standard.
This notice applies to visitors of https://aiskilljourney.eu, to staff who complete the enquiry form, and to nominated participants whose details are supplied by their employer for a booked engagement. It should be read with our terms of use and our cookie notice.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use the site to profile individuals for advertising. Course content remains educational and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice, including on data protection law. If you need a formal data-processing arrangement for a programme, we will discuss it as part of contracting.

Who we are and what this notice covers
Aiskilljourney operates from 5 Temasek Boulevard, #23-06, Suntec Tower Five, Singapore 038985. The site is hosted in the European Union and is operated by Aiskilljourney, Singapore. For the purposes of this notice, Aiskilljourney determines why and how personal data are processed in connection with the public website and with ordinary pre-contract enquiries.
When we deliver a programme under a contract with an organisation, that organisation typically remains the controller of participant lists, attendance records and any internal assessment results it retains. In that setting we process participant details as needed to run the sessions, issue materials and report completion to the commissioning client. The contract will state the allocation of responsibilities. Nothing on this page amends a signed agreement.
This notice does not apply to third-party sites linked from our pages, to licensed AI tools that a client already uses, or to collaboration platforms the client nominates for a workshop. Those services have their own notices. We ask clients to confirm that participant data may be shared with us before we receive a roster.
The notice is written in British English and is intended for a professional audience in Singapore and the wider APAC region, including organisations that have staff or counterparts in the European Union. Where more than one data-protection regime may apply, we describe our practices in plain terms rather than restating statute.

Data we hold
Categories of personal data
The volume of data we hold is modest. Most records relate to named contacts inside a client organisation and to the logistics of a booked programme. We do not seek special-category data as a condition of enrolment, and we ask clients not to send health, biometric or similar records unless a documented accessibility arrangement requires it.
Website logs
The hosting environment records technical logs that may include IP address, browser type, referring URL and time of request. These logs support security, fault diagnosis and capacity planning. They are not used to build marketing profiles.
Enquiry and correspondence data
When you use the form on contact.php or write to us, we receive the fields you submit: name, organisational email, organisation, role, telephone if provided, preferred programme theme, cohort size, and the substance of your message. We also keep our reply and any follow-up notes needed to progress the discussion. Please do not include confidential personal data of third parties in free-text fields unless you are authorised to share it.
Contract and delivery data
For a commissioned engagement we may hold the client’s legal name, billing contact, purchase-order references, session dates, venue or remote-platform details, facilitator notes at an organisational level, attendance confirmation, and completion summaries requested by the client. Participant names, job titles and work email addresses are processed so that we can admit the right people, issue materials and avoid unsolicited contact with people who are not on the roster.
Assessment and feedback data
Where a programme includes a short knowledge check or a structured feedback form, we record scores and comments in a form that can be reported to the commissioning organisation. Individual comments are treated as workplace training records, not as public testimonials. We do not publish names, ratings or attributed quotations on this site.
Cookie and device data
Limited cookie use is described in the cookie notice. Essential cookies support the cookie banner choice and basic site function. We do not run third-party advertising networks on these pages.
Why we process
Purposes and the grounds we rely on
We process personal data for a short list of operational purposes: to answer enquiries, to prepare proposals, to perform a training contract, to keep the site secure, and to meet record-keeping duties that apply to a Singapore professional services firm.
Enquiries and proposals
Responding to a message from a prospective client is a legitimate and expected use of the contact details supplied. We use them to clarify scope, audience, duration and delivery format, and to send a written proposal if one is requested. We do not add enquiry addresses to a bulk newsletter.
Performance of a contract
Once an organisation commissions a programme, we process the data required to schedule sessions, admit participants, issue materials, take attendance, report completion and invoice the client. If a named individual is both the commercial contact and a participant, the same record may serve both functions.
Legitimate interests and legal duties
We have a legitimate interest in protecting the site against misuse, in defending or establishing legal claims, and in keeping a limited archive of completed work for quality review inside the firm. Where Singapore law or a competent authority requires us to retain or disclose records, we will do so to the extent required. We do not treat marketing as a primary purpose of this site.
Personal data supplied for a training enquiry are used to run that conversation and, if instructed, the resulting programme. They are not treated as a prospecting list for unrelated services.
If we ever need consent for a specific optional activity, we will ask in clear language and keep a record of the choice. Consent is not used as a blanket ground for ordinary contracting.

Recipients
Sharing, processors and international transfers
We share personal data only where it is necessary for the purposes above. Typical recipients are the commissioning organisation (for attendance and completion reports), professional advisers under confidentiality, and service providers who host email, files or this website.
The public site is hosted in the European Union. Enquiry messages sent through the form are processed by our mail handling so that the Singapore team can reply. That arrangement involves a transfer between Singapore and the European Union. We select providers that offer written processing terms and appropriate security controls for a professional services workload.
We do not pass participant lists to unrelated training vendors. We do not permit processors to use our client data for their own advertising. If a client requires sessions on its own tenancy of a collaboration tool, participant data remain inside that tenancy under the client’s policies.
A competent court, regulator or law-enforcement body may compel disclosure. We will limit any such disclosure to what is required and will notify the client where we are legally able to do so.
How long and how safe
Retention, security and quality of records
Enquiry records that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to twenty-four months so that we can resume a paused discussion and understand repeat contact from the same organisation. After that period they are deleted or irreversibly aggregated, unless a longer period is required to handle a complaint or a legal hold.
Contract files, invoices and completion reports are retained for the period needed for accounting, tax and ordinary limitation periods applicable to professional services in Singapore. Participant rosters attached to a closed engagement are reviewed at the end of that period and reduced to what the contract and law still require.
Website logs are kept for a short operational window measured in weeks rather than years, unless an incident investigation requires a defined extension. Cookie records of a banner choice last for the period described in the cookie notice.
We apply access control, encrypted transit for the public site, and least-privilege handling of files that contain names and work emails. Staff and contracted facilitators receive only the roster information needed for the sessions they run. No security measure is absolute; we will notify affected organisations in line with applicable breach-notification duties if we become aware of a qualifying incident.
Please help us keep records accurate. If your role or email changes during an active discussion, write to us so that proposals and joining instructions reach the right person. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of participant lists they supply.
Printed workbooks and local copies used in a classroom are collected or destroyed according to the delivery plan agreed with the client. Remote sessions do not grant us a standing right to record faces or voices unless the contract expressly provides for a recording and participants are told in advance.
Access control
Named accounts, role-based folders and a rule that facilitators receive only the cohort they are scheduled to teach.
Minimisation
We ask for work contact details and organisational context. We do not request national identity numbers through the public form.
Vendor terms
Hosting and mail providers are engaged under written terms that limit use of data to the service we have bought.
Individuals
Your rights and how we handle requests
Individuals whose personal data we hold may ask us to confirm whether we process their data, to receive a copy in a reasonable format, to correct inaccurate fields, and, in defined circumstances, to request deletion or restriction. You may also object to processing that we base on legitimate interests, with an explanation of your particular situation.
Where Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act applies, you may request access and correction in line with that statute. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to a particular processing activity, the additional rights of erasure, restriction, portability and objection may be available to the extent the regulation provides.

Employer-supplied data
If your employer nominated you for a programme, some requests are more efficiently handled by that employer, which holds the relationship and the wider HR file. We will say so plainly if a request should go to the commissioning organisation, and we will still correct any inaccurate field that we ourselves control.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may raise the matter with the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore. Individuals in the European Union may also contact their local supervisory authority. We would rather resolve a concern directly and will treat a complaint with the same care as a statutory access request.
No automated decisions
We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about website visitors or programme participants. Enrolment and completion judgements remain human and contractual.
Administration
Children, changes to this notice, and related documents
Our programmes are designed for adult staff of large organisations. The website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under sixteen through the public form. If you believe we have received such data in error, contact us and we will delete the record.
We may update this notice when our services, hosting arrangements or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of the page will be revised. Material changes will be reflected on this URL; we do not rely on buried footnotes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes notice of the revised text for website visitors. Contracted clients will be informed through the account contact where a change affects agreed processing.
This site stores a small preference cookie if you accept the banner, so that the notice is not shown on every visit. Essential cookies needed to send the enquiry form may be set by the server. Read the Cookies page for the full list and retention periods.
