Overview / Cookie notice
Singapore · 12 March 2026
In this noticeCookie notice for visitors to this website.
Aiskilljourney uses a small number of cookies so the site can operate reliably, remember a visitor’s response to the cookie banner, and keep the enquiry form usable during a single visit. This page sets out what those files do, how long they last, and how you can control them in the browser.
The site is a corporate information service for organisations considering enterprise AI enablement programmes. It is not a consumer marketplace and it does not serve advertising networks. Cookies are therefore limited to functions that support navigation, security of form submission, and a record of the choice made on the cookie notice.
Reading this page does not require you to accept optional cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may still be placed because the site cannot present a stable session or remember a banner decision without them. Optional cookies, if introduced later, will be described here before they are used and will wait for a clear choice.
Questions about this notice may be sent to hello@AISkillJourney.eu. Enquiries are answered within one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (SGT). The postal address is 5 Temasek Boulevard, #23-06, Suntec Tower Five, Singapore 038985.
What a cookie is, and what it is not on this site
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks the browser to store. It typically contains a name, a value, and an expiry. On a subsequent visit the browser may send that value back so the site can recognise a returning session or a stored preference. Local storage and similar browser features can serve a comparable purpose; where this site uses them for the same functions, they are treated under this notice as equivalent to cookies.
Cookies can be first-party, meaning they are set by aiskilljourney.eu, or third-party, meaning they are set by another domain. Aiskilljourney sets first-party cookies for the purposes listed below. The site does not embed advertising tags, social sharing pixels, or remarketing scripts, and it does not sell cookie identifiers.
Some cookies last only for the browsing session and are deleted when the browser is closed. Others persist for a defined period so that a preference does not have to be collected on every page load. Persistence on this site is short. The consent record described later is kept for up to twelve months unless you clear it earlier.
A cookie is a technical file. It is not, by itself, a full personal profile. Combined with an enquiry you choose to send, server logs, or an email address, a cookie value can become part of a broader record. That combination is handled under the privacy notice. This page stays focused on the files themselves and on the choices available to you.
Enterprise clients sometimes ask whether course platforms used in delivery set additional cookies. Those platforms, when used, are contracted separately and are described in the statement of work for that engagement. They are outside the public website. Staff attending a programme should follow their organisation’s own acceptable-use rules for any tool provided in class.
If you access the site from a managed corporate device, your organisation may already block or clear cookies through policy. That control sits with the device owner. Aiskilljourney cannot override an employer’s browser configuration and does not attempt to do so.
Cookies on this site exist to keep pages working and to remember a banner choice. They are not used to build advertising audiences.
Cookies placed by Aiskilljourney
The following first-party cookies may be set when you load pages on this host. Names may vary slightly if the underlying session library is updated; the purpose and retention will remain as stated. No cookie listed here is used to measure advertising performance.
PHPSESSID
A session identifier issued when a visitor opens a page that needs a short-lived server session, including the enquiry form on contact.php. It allows the server to relate a form submission to the same browser for that visit and to apply basic anti-replay checks. It is a session cookie and expires when the browser is closed, or shortly thereafter if the server clears idle sessions.
aj_cookie_choice
Stores whether the visitor has acknowledged the cookie banner and, where a choice is offered, whether optional cookies were accepted or declined. The value is a short token such as acknowledged, accepted, or declined. It is first-party, lasts up to twelve months, and exists so the banner is not shown on every page after a decision has been made.
aj_form_token
A one-time token bound to the enquiry form so that submissions can be checked against the session that requested the form. It reduces automated misuse of send.php. It is created when the form is displayed and is discarded after a successful send, a failed validation cycle, or the end of the session.
If a page is served through a content-delivery cache in the European Union, that infrastructure may attach a technical cookie or cache key to distinguish a mobile layout from a desktop layout. Such a file, if present, contains no name, job title, or enquiry text. It is treated as strictly necessary to deliver the page you requested.
How consent is collected on the page
A cookie banner appears at the foot of the first visit until a choice is stored. The banner explains that essential cookies are used for the site to function and offers a way to acknowledge that notice. Where optional cookies are not in use, acknowledgement is a record that the notice was seen, rather than a request for marketing permission.
The banner is implemented so that it remains usable if JavaScript is disabled: the underlying preference can still be submitted as a normal form post. Closing the browser without interacting leaves the banner available on the next visit. Choosing to acknowledge or decline writes aj_cookie_choice and hides the banner for the retention period.
You may change a stored choice by clearing cookies for this site and reloading, or by writing to hello@AISkillJourney.eu and asking us to confirm what the site currently records. We cannot remotely delete a file that sits only on your device; that step is always taken in the browser.
Consent for cookies is separate from consent to be contacted about a programme. Sending the enquiry form is a deliberate message to our office. Form fields and the lawful basis for reading them are described in the privacy notice and the terms of use.
The banner is a notice about files on your device. It is not a substitute for organisational approval to attend a programme, and it does not grant a licence to reuse course materials.
Fonts, hosting, and parties that may see a request
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts using a single stylesheet with display=swap. That request goes to Google’s servers and may be logged there under Google’s own terms. Aiskilljourney does not read a Google advertising identifier and does not link font requests to enquiry names. If your organisation blocks third-party font hosts, the site falls back to system interface and serif fonts and remains readable.
The site is hosted in the European Union and operated by Aiskilljourney in Singapore. Hosting operators process connection data such as IP address, time, and requested path in order to serve pages, absorb abusive traffic, and keep certificates current. Those logs are not used to build a marketing list. Retention of logs follows the host’s standard cycle and our privacy notice.
We do not load tag-management containers, heat-map recorders, or chat widgets that would set additional third-party cookies. If that position changes, this page will be updated before the new file is placed, and the banner will offer a genuine optional choice where the law requires one.
Links to other organisations, including sector regulators or public guidance, open those organisations’ sites. Their cookies are outside our control. You should read their notices before supplying information to them.
Email to hello@AISkillJourney.eu travels across mail infrastructure. That path is not a cookie. Attachments and message content are handled as correspondence, as described in the privacy notice.
How to refuse, delete, or limit cookies yourself
Every widely used browser allows you to block cookies, delete existing files, or permit cookies only for sites you specify. The labels differ: they may appear under Privacy, Cookies, or Site settings. After you delete cookies for aiskilljourney.eu, the banner will show again because the site can no longer read aj_cookie_choice.
Blocking all cookies may prevent the enquiry form from completing a secure post, because the session and form token cannot be stored. You can still telephone +65 6337 2914 or write to the postal address. Programme discussions for large organisations are routinely started by email or scheduled call, so a blocked cookie does not close the door to an engagement.
Private or incognito windows typically discard session cookies when the window closes. That is a reasonable way to browse the public pages without leaving a preference file. It does not anonymise your network address from the host’s logs.
Mobile operating systems and some corporate proxies strip or rewrite cookies. If pages appear to reload the banner repeatedly, a proxy may be discarding aj_cookie_choice. In that case the site is working as designed: it has no durable record of your earlier acknowledgement.
- Open the browser settings panel and locate cookies or site data.
- Find aiskilljourney.eu in the list of stored sites, or delete all cookies if that is your policy.
- Reload the page. Essential cookies may be set again if you continue to use the form or if you acknowledge the banner.
- Optionally add a site exception if your default is to block cookies and you wish the banner to stay dismissed.
Retention, changes, and related documents
Last reviewed 12 March 2026
Cookie files on your device last for the periods given in the inventory. Our copy of a banner choice, if transmitted to the server, is kept only as a technical log line and is not used to profile a named individual. Enquiry correspondence is retained according to the privacy notice, which is a separate document.
If we add a cookie, change a retention period, or introduce an analytics measurement, this page will be revised and the date above will move. Material changes will be flagged in the banner on the next visit. Continued use of the site after a published change constitutes awareness of the new inventory; it does not create a licence to reuse training content.
This notice should be read with the privacy notice, the terms of use, and the short disclaimer in the site footer: training and enablement services, with course content that is educational and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice.

A short restatement for records teams
Aiskilljourney’s public website uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain a session, protect the enquiry form, and remember that the cookie banner has been acknowledged. Optional advertising cookies are not used. A first-party preference cookie may last up to twelve months. Session cookies end when the browser closes.
Google Fonts may receive a request for typefaces. Hosting in the European Union produces ordinary connection logs. Neither of those processes is an advertising cookie set by Aiskilljourney. Visitors can delete site data in the browser at any time. Blocking all cookies may interfere with form posting; telephone and postal routes remain open.
This notice is written for procurement, risk, and information-security reviewers who need a plain account of files on a visitor device. It is not legal advice to your organisation. If a client requires a completed cookie questionnaire as part of vendor onboarding, send the form to the email address above and we will complete the factual fields against this inventory.
Photographs on the site are illustrative of office, meeting, and workshop settings. They are not evidence of a named engagement. Measurement of learning outcomes, where contracted, is described on evidence.php and does not rely on public-site cookies.
