Who is the training designed for?
Programmes are commissioned by organisations, not by private individuals. Typical sponsors sit in human resources, learning and development, operational excellence, internal audit, risk, or a digital transformation office. Cohorts usually come from operations, customer-facing teams, finance operations, legal operations, procurement, and first-line control functions. Department size commonly ranges from fifty to several thousand people. We teach people who will use approved tools in their existing roles.
We do not train the general public. We do not run weekend workshops for career changers. We do not place consultants inside the client to operate tools on the organisation’s behalf. The product is structured teaching, practice, and a written record of what was taught and assessed.
Do you work only in Singapore?
Aiskilljourney is based at 5 Temasek Boulevard, #23-06, Suntec Tower Five, Singapore 038985. Most classroom delivery takes place in Singapore. Remote and hybrid cohorts are arranged for APAC teams when the client’s security rules allow a video platform and when time zones can be scheduled without splitting a cohort across an unreasonable window. Materials remain in English unless the statement of work records a translation arrangement for handouts. Facilitation is in English.
Must participants already use generative AI?
No prior fluency is required for foundation programmes. We assume professional literacy, access to the organisation’s licensed tools, and a willingness to complete short practice tasks. Advanced programmes for control functions assume that participants already review work produced with those tools, or that they own a policy that governs such work. Discovery interviews establish the starting point before a syllabus is locked.
