Overview / Contact

Write to us about an enterprise programme.

Aiskilljourney accepts briefing requests from organisations that need structured AI enablement for defined cohorts. We reply with questions on scope, tools already licensed, and the internal policies that must shape the classroom. The note below explains what to send, how we handle it, and when a visit to Suntec Tower Five is useful.

Corporate training of this kind is commissioned by human resources, risk, operations or a dedicated transformation office. A useful first message names the audience, the approximate headcount, the preferred window in the calendar, and any constraint on data handling. We do not open public enrolment and we do not sell self-paced licences through this site.

The form on this page reaches the programme office in Singapore. You may also telephone during stated hours or send a short message to the address above. If you already hold a non-disclosure agreement with us, say so in the first line so that the reply can follow that channel.

Before you write

A briefing is faster when the first note is specific.

We read every enquiry against three questions: who will attend, which licensed tools they already use, and which internal rules must be respected in the room. Answers to those questions let us propose a cohort size, a duration and a delivery site without a second round of clarification. If those facts are still being decided, say so plainly; we will outline the decisions that usually sit with the sponsor.

Note

Please do not attach datasets, prompt libraries or screenshots of production systems to the first message. We will agree a secure channel if materials of that kind are required for design.

Name the sponsoring function and the population you intend to train. A cohort of fifty relationship managers is a different design from a mixed group of two hundred operations staff. If attendance will be mandatory, say so, because that affects scheduling and the assessment load we recommend.

Describe the tools already approved for staff use. Aiskilljourney teaches against the licences the organisation holds. We do not introduce unapproved products in a live classroom. If a procurement decision is still open, we can still design a literacy strand that stays tool-agnostic until that decision is made.

State any policy that facilitators must observe: data residency, prohibited topics, recording rules, or a requirement that materials stay on the organisation’s tenancy. Those constraints belong in the first note so that the proposal does not have to be rewritten.

Give a calendar window rather than a single date. Enterprise programmes of this type usually need lead time for room booking, security clearance and translation of examples into the organisation’s vocabulary. A quarter is a realistic planning horizon for a multi-cohort run.

Enquiry

Send a briefing request.

Required fields are marked. Work email addresses help us route the reply to the right person. Personal webmail is accepted, though we may ask for an organisational contact before a detailed proposal is issued.

The programme office acknowledges messages within one business day. A fuller reply follows once we have matched your note to a facilitator roster and a delivery window. If you need a call rather than a written response, say so in the message field and include two or three times that suit you, stated in SGT.

Our office
Suntec Tower Five
Visiting

Meetings are held at Suntec Tower Five by appointment.

The office is at 5 Temasek Boulevard, #23-06, Suntec Tower Five, Singapore 038985. Visitors are received Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 SGT. Please write first so that a room and a host can be confirmed. Walk-in consultations are not offered.

Building security will ask for a name and organisation. Bring identification that matches the appointment. If you require accessibility arrangements, mention them when the meeting is booked so that we can prepare the floor and the lift access in good time.

Most design conversations take place by video once the first written brief is complete. An on-site session is useful when several internal stakeholders must agree scope in a single sitting, or when sample materials cannot leave the organisation’s premises. We can also attend your offices in Singapore when that is the more practical option.

Telephone +65 6337 2914 during the hours above if you are delayed on the day. Messages left outside those hours are read the next business morning.

After you send

How the programme office handles a new request.

  1. Acknowledgement

You receive a written acknowledgement within one business day. It confirms that the message arrived and names the next step. If anything essential is missing, we ask for it at this point rather than drafting a proposal on incomplete facts.

  2. Scoping call

Where the enquiry is a serious commissioning request, we propose a short call with the sponsor. The call tests cohort definition, tool licences, assessment expectations and any governance overlay. It is a working discussion, not a demonstration of software.

  3. Written outline

We then issue a written outline: recommended programme, duration, delivery mode, sample agenda and the evidence we would collect. The outline is a basis for internal approval. It is not a contract until both parties sign a statement of work.

  4. Mobilisation

Once instructed, we agree dates, rooms or virtual tenancy, facilitator clearance and the handling of your examples. Delivery detail sits on the delivery page. Governance literacy, where required, is described under governance.

Confidentiality

Enquiries are treated as business correspondence.

Messages sent through this form are used to reply to you and to plan a possible engagement. They are not published, used as testimonials, or shared with other clients. Access inside Aiskilljourney is limited to the programme office and the facilitators who would staff the work.

Training and enablement services. Course content is educational and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice.

If your organisation requires a non-disclosure agreement before any detail is exchanged, send the draft to hello@AISkillJourney.eu and say so in the form. We will pause substantive discussion until the paper is in place. Do not paste confidential process maps into the message field while that paper is outstanding.

Personal data in an enquiry is handled under the privacy notice. Retention for unsuccessful enquiries is limited; records that become part of a contracted engagement follow the retention stated in that contract. You may ask us to close an open enquiry at any time.

We do not use the form to subscribe you to a newsletter. There is no marketing list attached to this page. If we need to send a calendar invitation or a document link, we will do so from an Aiskilljourney address and only in reply to the request you made.
