Overview / Delivery

From written brief to assessed close-out: how a programme is run.

Aiskilljourney delivers enterprise AI enablement inside the operating environment of the client. Each engagement is scoped in writing, mapped to licensed tools and internal policy, scheduled against the working calendar, and closed with attendance records and assessed outcomes. The model is designed for organisations that must show a risk committee how staff were prepared, what they practised, and what remains out of scope.

Corporate delivery differs from an open enrolment course because the work is bound to named processes, approved applications and the control language already in force. Facilitators prepare against the client’s tool inventory, data-handling rules and escalation paths. Participants practise on the same licences they will use after the session. Materials are versioned so that a later audit can reconstruct what was taught in a given cohort.

The audience is typically a department of fifty to several thousand people, together with compliance, risk, legal and operations colleagues who need a shared vocabulary. Engagements run from our Singapore base at Suntec Tower Five and across APAC sites by arrangement. Enquiries are answered within one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT.

Working sequence

Six stages that keep scope, calendar and evidence aligned.

Every engagement follows the same sequence so that sponsors, learning leads and control functions can see the same plan. Dates and artefacts are agreed before the first live session. Changes after kick-off are recorded in a short addendum rather than left in informal notes.

  1. Brief and scoping

The client nominates a sponsor and a day-to-day coordinator. Aiskilljourney records the business units in scope, the licensed tools in use, the policies that must be cited, the languages of delivery, and any restrictions on data used in exercises. The output is a written brief with cohort estimates, proposed dates and a list of open questions. No session is scheduled until the brief is accepted.

  2. Curriculum mapping

Course outlines from the programmes catalogue are mapped to the brief. Exercises are rewritten against the client’s approved applications. Examples that would require unlicensed products or unsanctioned data sources are removed. Where a control function requires a specific wording on confidentiality, that wording is inserted into slides and handouts before print or platform upload.

  3. Preparation and dry-run

Facilitators receive the mapped pack, the attendance list and any access instructions for the client environment. A dry-run confirms that licences, network paths and room technology will support the planned exercises. If a tool cannot be reached from the training room, the exercise is redesigned or deferred. Participants receive joining notes at least five working days before the first session.

  4. Live delivery

Sessions run as instructor-led cohorts, workshop groups or supervised practice, on the client site, at a hired venue, or by secure remote link. Attendance is taken at the start of each block. Facilitators keep the published agenda unless the sponsor agrees a change in the room. Questions that fall outside policy are parked and referred to the coordinator rather than answered as informal advice.

  5. Checks and observation

Knowledge checks, observed tasks and short written reflections are used according to the programme design. Scores and completion flags are captured against the attendance list. Observation notes record whether participants could complete the licensed-tool exercises without improvised workarounds. This material feeds the close-out pack described on the evidence page.

  6. Written close-out

Within ten working days of the final session, Aiskilljourney issues a close-out note: attendance, assessment summary, residual risks raised in the room, and recommended next cohorts. Materials used are listed by version. The note is addressed to the sponsor. It is educational in character and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice.

Formats

Rooms, remote links and supervised practice on licensed tools.

Delivery format is chosen in the brief, not at the door. Large organisations usually combine a short briefing for senior managers with longer cohorts for practitioners and a separate sitting for control functions. The mix is documented so that later cohorts can be compared with the first.

Instructor-led cohorts suit role-based programmes where participants need a shared walkthrough of prompts, review steps and escalation. Workshop groups of eight to sixteen people suit process redesign, where a live document or ticket queue is examined together. Supervised practice is used when the skill is the use of a specific licensed assistant inside an approved workspace. Remote delivery is offered when travel would delay a cohort; it uses the same materials and the same attendance rules.

Venue note

Planning meetings can be held at 5 Temasek Boulevard, #23-06, Suntec Tower Five, Singapore 038985. Training rooms on the client campus are preferred when network and licence constraints require it. Hired rooms are used only when the client confirms that the same tools can be reached from that network.

Instructor-led cohorts

Half-day to three-day blocks with a published agenda, slide pack and exercise booklet. Suitable for analysts, operations staff and first-line managers who will use generative tools in routine correspondence, research and drafting under existing review chains.

Workshop groups

Shorter, table-based sessions around a single process. Participants bring sanitised examples from their own queues. Facilitators keep the discussion inside the policy lines agreed in the brief and record decisions for the close-out note.

Control briefings

Compact sittings for compliance, risk, audit and legal colleagues. The emphasis is vocabulary, residual risk and how enablement records will look in a later review. Detail on governance literacy sits alongside these briefings.

Remote cohorts

The same timed agenda delivered over a secure link. Cameras and named logins are required for attendance. Breakout exercises use the client’s licensed environment. Recording is switched off unless the sponsor has authorised it in the brief.

Calendars

Cohort size, pace and the working week in Singapore.

Cohorts are sized so that facilitators can observe practice rather than lecture at a hall. Twelve to twenty-four participants is the usual range for instructor-led blocks. Workshop tables work best below sixteen. Larger populations are split by role, grade or business unit so that examples stay relevant and so that attendance records remain meaningful. Mixing unrelated functions in a single room is avoided unless the sponsor has a specific reason, such as a shared intake process.

Pace follows the client calendar. A single module may occupy a morning. A role-based programme may run as three half-days across three weeks so that participants can apply a technique and return with questions. Intensive two-day blocks are used when travel or rostering makes a spread timetable impractical. Public holidays in Singapore and in the participant’s home market are respected when dates are set. Sessions sit inside Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT unless the brief records a shift pattern.

Joining instructions state the building entrance, the room, the remote link and the tools that must be open at the start. Late arrivals are admitted at the next natural break so that an exercise in progress is not interrupted. Substitutes are accepted only if they appear on an updated attendance list before the session opens. This keeps assessment data aligned with the people who were actually in the room.

Where a business unit spans several APAC locations, Aiskilljourney sequences cohorts so that the same version of materials is used throughout. If a policy changes between the first and last sitting, the later cohorts receive an addendum and the close-out note records the version split. Sponsors who need a single date for a board paper should say so in the brief; the schedule can then be compressed, with a corresponding limit on cohort size.

Cancellation and postponement terms are set in the engagement letter. A postponed cohort keeps its mapped materials unless the tool inventory has changed. A cancelled cohort is closed with a short note so that incomplete attendance does not linger as an open training record. These administrative points are dull on purpose. They exist so that learning operations and internal audit read the same story.

Materials

Packs, licences and the boundary of what may be practised.

Participants work from a dated pack: agenda, slide deck, exercise sheets and a one-page reminder of the client’s acceptable-use rules. Packs are produced in English using British spelling consistent with Singapore business usage. Translations are commissioned only when the brief requires them and when a reviewer in the client organisation has accepted the control language.

Exercises run on the client’s licensed tools. Aiskilljourney does not introduce unsanctioned applications into a corporate environment. If a programme catalogue example depends on a product the client does not licence, that example is replaced before the dry-run. Data used in exercises is either synthetic or supplied by the client under its own classification rules. Facilitators do not upload client documents to public systems.

Handouts remain the client’s to retain. Aiskilljourney keeps a copy of the version taught, with the date and cohort code, for the period set in the engagement letter. Screenshots in the pack are of generic interfaces unless the client has authorised a capture from its own tenant. This keeps materials portable across later cohorts without freezing a single vendor screen that may change.

Scope is written down before the first session so that a later reviewer can see what was taught, what was practised and what was left outside the room.
Assurance

Observation, version control and the close-out pack.

Quality in this work is the ability to reconstruct a cohort. Facilitators are briefed against the accepted pack and the client policy extract. They do not substitute personal shortcuts for the published method. Where a participant proposes a faster path that would breach a stated rule, the facilitator stops the demonstration and refers the point to the coordinator.

Observation during exercises is part of delivery, not an optional extra. Notes record whether the group could complete the task on the licensed tool, where they stalled, and whether the stall was a skills gap or an access problem. Access problems are operational and are handed back to the client. Skills gaps inform the recommended next module in the close-out note.

Assessment instruments are short and aligned to the learning objectives in the brief. They are not marketed as certification of a person for a regulated role. Results are reported in aggregate and, where the brief requires it, by individual against the attendance list. Retention of those records follows the engagement letter and the client’s own retention schedule. Further detail on measurement sits on the evidence page.

Responsibilities

What the client provides and what Aiskilljourney provides.

The client provides a sponsor with authority to accept the brief, a coordinator who can confirm rooms, lists and licences, an extract of the policies that must be taught, and timely access to the approved tools. The client also confirms who may be photographed or recorded, if at all. Dietary, accessibility and security-pass requirements are supplied with the attendance list. Without these inputs the dry-run cannot be completed and live dates are held.

Aiskilljourney provides mapped materials, facilitators, joining notes, attendance capture, assessment instruments as specified, and the written close-out. Travel within Singapore is included in the standard delivery plan. Travel to other APAC locations is priced in the engagement letter. Printing of packs can be handled by either party; the brief records which. Remote platform licences for the training link, if needed, are named in the same letter so that information security can review them.

Neither party treats the classroom as a place to negotiate policy. If a session surfaces a conflict between a draft exercise and a live rule, the exercise is paused. The coordinator takes the question to the policy owner. Training resumes on the remaining agenda. This discipline protects participants from receiving informal interpretations that would not survive a later review.

After close-out, Aiskilljourney remains available for a follow-up call within one business day of a written question from the sponsor, during published hours. Additional cohorts, refresher hours or a briefing for a new control team are scoped as a new brief. The original pack is not silently altered. Sector context for banking, public bodies and other large employers is described on the sectors page. Common scheduling questions are collected in the FAQ.
